With great demand we have grown technically, operationally and in size.  We have a horizontally integrated business model offering a multitude of niche transportation services.  As our customers needs have increased so have our services.  For example, we have now seen dramatic increases in people needing transportation who are elderly or in wheelchairs; so in the late we have added to our model. Jay Transportation can handle all transportation needs for the elderly,  special needs and wheelchair access.  For more information please see the tab at the top regarding Wheelchair Transport.  With our State of the Art HCPCS compliant computer system, enabling our dispatch staff to track and deploy each driver through a system status plan that ensures maximum vehicle utility and optimum response time.  Jay Transportation continually modifies its fleet to provide our clientèle with a unique diverse group of ADA compliant units from which to choose from.  Our fleet was recently expanded in 2011 with new mini-vans/sedans adding to an already sizable fleet.

Being located in Chicago, our experience has grown to become of great benefit of our customer.  We understand traffic patterns, weather patterns better than any other National Organization. Our transportation service is ran by contract and we have agreements with many large institutions, by public transit agencies, community groups, not-for-profit corporations, and for-profit private companies or operators.  Holding contracts for PACE, as providers for the Veterans Administration (V.A.), Jay Transportation serves rehabilitation and surgical facilities throughout Chicago and its metropolitan area.
